Not dealership’s fault, but it is frustrating to have the transmission fail on a 2014 model and then have to go back a few months later to have a “new” transmission repaired!!!! What is going on with the quality of product from manufacturers???
Brought my car in to be serviced. The air conditioner went out two times in less than 2 years. Only had the car 4 years. Also a noise was coming from under the hood. I also heard it when I would back up! Anyway, they said the condenser hose was leaking and something about a drive belt needed to be replaced. My car stayed in the shop for two days. The noise is gone and the air conditioner works now. The repair price was over $1000 and I came out my pocket a total of $529.

I’ve been a loyal customer since I bought my equinox is dec 2011. The service for the past 2 years has declined significantly. I’ve been there frequently for the past year due to multiple lack of communication with the service department. Each time I walk in, I’m asked have I been here before? Are you kidding me!! (Was just there 10 days prior). This is the only place I’ve gone to for the past 8 years!! Know your customers! Service doesn’t just mean “work on your vehicle”. I will no longer return. Chris is an arrogant jerk & BoJack is joke. I will not be back!
I recently purchased my 3rd Yukon. David was an excellent salesman who helped me through the process. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the Yukon. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.
