I came in for a service and tire rotation and specifically asked for the right rear tire to be fixed because it is leaking air. I have had to put air in it multiple times before this visit so I knew there was a leak. After the service was done I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire and that there was a piece of metal that was stuck in it but it did not puncture the tire. I since then I���ve had to put air in my tire again because it���s leaking. I have tried to call the service department left messages no reply to the phone call. Now now need to take time to go to another repair shop so that I can have my tire fixed. I will take pictures of the problem and make sure that it is relayed back to the dealership

I dropped my vehicle on Friday night for a scheduled appointment on Saturday, Nov 14, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. I put on the drop box form I would like my vehicle by 11:00 a.m. (giving service plenty of time to work on my vehicle) - At 1:00 or so I called the dealership and had to leave a message (i think her name is Ashley) wanting to know the status of my vehicle. I NEVER received a call back nor did I receive one to pickup my vehicle. I went to the dealership at apprx 1:35 p.m. to pick up my vehicle. Service Manager (Ashley) I was told my vehicle had been ready but apologized because she thought she call me to let me know my vehicle was ready. While Ashley helping me at the time to pay for the oil change, she was busy talking to someone else about something that was lost instead of finishing with me as a customer. By this time, it was almost time to close. I dropped it off the night before, just to give the service department to have plenty of time to service the vehicle. As far as the service done on my vehicle, IT WAS EXCELLENT... Service Manager, Ashley needs more training.
